During an emergency

Phone your regular veterinarian. If they are not available, call the Animal Emergency Clinic of Northwest Arkansas. Our staff will decide with you the best method for handling the problem. What to do:
  1. Remain calm.
  2. Phone for advice.
  3. Do not attempt home remedies.
  4. Discuss the emergency with the staff on duty.
  5. Copy the street directions to the clinic carefully.
  6. Be cautious when handling injured pets. Animals in pain often bite.
